East Side Spring Cleaning & Planting Time. Suggested work time is 1 hour. Special projects available with advance notification. Bring your own work gloves & a water bottle.
Tools, First Aid & refreshments are provided at work days. Troops are responsible for SafetyWise ratios and permission slips. Troops are welcome to contact the service project coordinator to plan their own service project.

Celebrate National Trails & Prairie Day at Hidden Valley
Hit the Trails for National Trails Day.
Come join us for guided hikes at Hidden Valley on Trails Day. You may sign up for a Themed Hike (about an hour or hour and a quarter long) or for a general (drop-in-anytime) hike (20-30 minutes long). Hikes described on sign up link.

Join us for cabin, yard and garden cleanup at Hidden Valley. Flag ceremonies at 8:45 & noon. Suggested work time is about 1 hour. Special projects available with advance notification. Hidden Valley Fall Wood Cutting and Maintenance Workday

Fall wood cutting support as well as maintenance projects in Mary's Meadow and Dogwood Forest. Special projects available with advance notice. Check in at the "Gathering Place"

Douglas County Fairgrounds Community Arena, 2120 Harper St, Lawrence
Tickets are free of charge to each registered Scout member. You may come as a troop with a leader, or accompanied by a parent following adult/youth supervision rules. Cotton candy or popcorn will be provided at the end of the day.
